FTC or First Technical Challenge is the original robotics club at EMHS. We first began in 2017 with only a few people and have gradually expanded to get to where we are today. Every year our team designs and builds a robot based on the challenge provided and then in the winter we compete against other schools from all around the state. This unique experience offers opportunities for a variety of skill sets. There are the people who build the physical robot and also the people who code it. In addition, we also have people managing the fundraising and outreach efforts. If FTC sounds interesting at all come stop by the shop or talk to anyone on the team!
