FTC – Pre-competition

Further progress on the robot leads us closer to the completion goal. Fine tuning details and final problem solving is being worked out through trial and errors. The claw has a minor issue of not being able to fully reach the ground. This loss in range will inhibit the claw and arms ability to reach and move the pallet hexagons during the competition. To combat this issue, the team works on disassembling and reassembling the arm mechanics of the claw. This will give the claw more range and an increase of stability and mobility in motions which are key to passing obstacles within robotic competitions.
